南非对华聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发起反倾销调查

2018年11月23日，南非国际贸易委员会（代表南部非洲关税同盟-SACU，成员国包括纳米比亚、南非、莱索托、斯威士兰和博茨瓦纳）发布第727号公告，应南非公司Kap Diversified Industrial的下属企业Safripol提交的申请，对自中国进口聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET/Polyethylene Terephthalate）发起反倾销调查，涉案产品税号为3907.61.10、3907.61.90、3907.69.10和3907.69.90。
