巴基斯坦对华地砖和墙砖作出反倾销肯定性初裁

2017年2月18日，巴基斯坦国家关税委员会发布公告称，对原产于和/或进口自中国的地砖和墙砖
（Wall and Floor Tiles）作出反倾销肯定性初裁并决定以成本加运费价格（C&F value）计征临时反倾销税（详见下表）。本裁决自公告发布之日起生效，有效期为4个月。

2016年2月19日，应国内墙砖和地砖产业代表Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited的申请，巴基斯坦国家关税委员会对原产于和/或进口自中国的地砖和墙砖启动反倾销立案调查。涉案产品的巴基斯坦税则号为6907.1000、6907.9000、6908.1000、6908.9010和6908.9090。本案倾销调查期为2014年10月1日~2015年9月30日，损害调查期为2012年10月1日~2015年9月30日。
